He has worked as a policy researcher at ByteDance in Beijing. As a fellow at Future Impact Group and lead writer for China AI Frontier’s policy stream, he brings a strong grasp of Chinese tech policy and academic depth, shaped by his collaboration with University of Chicago scholars on China-focused policy analysis.
